  •        At this time, Mechem Electronics ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States and international locations. Mechem Electronics will not ship to any country, banned by the United States Government.  The risk of loss and  title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Exportation:     Items for sale such as AES 256, DES/OFB, DES- DES/XL, DVP-DVP/XL and other products, may require a U.S. State Department and or US Commerce Department  license, prior to exportation.  US Munitions list (MLI) items require a  U.S. State Department License prior to being exported. These items are  usually identified as Demilitarization (DEMIL) Code B. Commerce Control  List Items (CCLI) may require a general or validated license from the  Department of Commerce prior to exportation. These are typically "dual"  use type items, in that they have both a military and civilian use and  are usually identified as DEMIL Code Q.   Exporting without the appropriate export license (an approved End-Use  Certificae, DLA Form 1822 does not constitute a license to export)  or  assisting another to illegally export property is a serious criminal  offense and could result in substantial fines and/or imprisonment. Any and all costs, for MLI, CCLI, TSC, EUC and  other required  forms, will be paid by the purchaser.

All buyers agree: to assume all responsibility and risk, for the  purchase, use and disposal of purchased radio or other equipment, also  to abide by all Federal exportation rules and regulations, and to hold  Mechem Electronics Inc. harmless in all matters. Unless stated otherwise, all radio and other equipment for sale has been  in service, and is therefore considered used. New equipment will be  stated as such. Some models have plastic that becomes brittle over time.  This includes push to talk cover plates, knobs, antennas, microphone  cords, and related. Mechem Electronics Inc. assumes no responsibility  for breakage. There may be minor scratches, scuffs and chips in paint,  metal or Lexan plastic. This condition does not detract from the overall  operation of the equipment. Service is available for some radio models. A limited supply of spare  parts is available, subject to depletion. Service and parts costs are  above and beyond the initial purchase price, from our web site, at our  facility and or trade shows.

  •        You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Mechem Electronics reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without  prior notice to you.  Returns are only accepted with a valid RMA as issued by Mechem  Electronics Inc. A 20% restock fee applies to all returns. This is to  include items returned by the customer or USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other  shipper, as unclaimed and or time expired.  Mechem Electronics reserves the right to change its return policies at  any time, without prior notice to you.
